Support 1.Provide onsite support engineer to deal with tier 1 and 2 support desk in both Benoni & Jhb Offices.The support engineer will perform the following duties:Assist the IT Manager in all aspects of IT maintenance.Administer, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and the IT network.Set up and configure new laptops and desktops.Update and upgrade Microsoft operating systems and applications.Ensure implementation and service of any other IT-related task as may be requested by the institution.
