Join our dynamic IT team as a Contract IT Support Associate. We're looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in supporting Google Workspace environments, as well as Windows and macOS systems. As a proactive problem-solver, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring their productivity and satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Managing customer expectations, requests, queries and concerns across a variety of communication channels (calls, emails, social media, chat)
Able to adapt to customer expectations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for users.
Provide assistance with computer setup, software installation, and configuration.
Maintain network connectivity and troubleshoot network-related problems.
Support various software applications used within the organisation.
Create, modify, and delete user accounts and permissions.
Conduct training sessions on software applications and IT systems.
Respond to user inquiries, track issues using our ticketing system and provide timely solutions.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing user needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets.
Contribute to various IT initiatives and projects as needed.
WHO YOU ARE:
This job is for you if you have:
Diploma in Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or related field.
Strong technical skills in Windows and MacOS platforms.
Knowledge of IT best practices, security protocols, and data protection measures.
Able to work shifts (between 07h00 and 18h30, Mon-Sat)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
