A busy Coffee Roastery with various outlets, requires an experienced Coffee Shop Manager with the following essential requirements:-
Minimum 5 years' experience.
Fluent in English, understands Afrikaans.
Vibrant personality.
Lead Cafe operations - hospitality, building relationships & trust.
Customer focused attitude - Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere - customers have a wonderful experience & are invited back.
Has leadership & operational skills.
Strong in administration.
Excellent communication skills.
Actively monitor beverage & food quality.
Promotes team work - Staff are motivated & daily checklists are completed.
Interview potential candidates.
Barista experience beneficial.
Own reliable transport is required.
