To manage all IT Sourcing, Contracting and Compliance relating to Non-Claims Procurement in line with the Group's overall purpose and vision.
This includes compliance with transformation targets, continuous improvement, cost and efficiency drivers as well as managing overall customer experience for the following commodities: Telecommunication, Hardware, Software, IT Service, including Cloud.
The IT Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sourcing activities in conjunction with cross functional team to source goods and services and recommending to upper-level staff members and/or Sourcing Committee on which suppliers/partners to contract with.
This role will engage with service providers and Hollard Stakeholders to ensure effectively and efficiently relationship Management. Key Responsibilities Strategy Implementation Formulate strategy for the IT Category Ensure effective implementation of the strategy by means of implementation of applicable policies, processes and procedures Sourcing as part of core customer service/experience and engagement Supply continuity and category management Meet regulatory and internal control requirements Run processes efficiently Operational Planning Obtain sourcing/demand plans from Business Formulate Sourcing Strategy Execute the sourcing/demand plans Sourcing Operations and Efficiencies Working with the Legal Team to ensure that all contracts contain agreement reached with Supplier during the sourcing process.
IT Sourcing Specialist will be expected to review 80% of the contract terms, SOW and charges Review supplier contracts to ensure sufficient detail is provided on the Scope of Work template and contract is line with Hollard terms i.e licensing, Cloud related contracts ect Implementation Supplier Relationship Management Framework, introduce innovative that will add strategic benefit through mutual relationships and synergies by working with internal customers and suppliers.
Manage, monitor and maintain customer satisfaction levels.
Provide qualitative and quantitative inputs for the supplier performance management process.
Contribute towards building a high-performance team and culture through regular engagements sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
RFx Management: Research the different commodities of supplier market; and identify and gain knowledge of key suppliers in the local and international markets.
Ensure sustainable savings by identifying opportunities and delivering benefits against targets.
Ensure that all governance and compliance requirements are adhered to, from the company and statutory perspectives.
Support the development and maintenance of procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and support the identification and reporting of risks and mitigation.
