ROLE: Reporting to the Head of Projects you will be their right hand in respect of Service Delivery and will be a visionary in delivering a world-class IT service. This is not a man-management role. This is all about delivering the service, strategy consolidation, and continuous improvement.
You will be the primary service management contact for the customer and manage customer expectations, as well as ensure all engagements drive the customer's experience in line with the contracted services and contractual obligations are met in terms of the performance provided to the clients.
You will manage service delivery targets, including the definition of SLA's and KPI's, service review meetings, continuous service improvement meetings, internal and external reporting, and ad-hoc communications as well as developing trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders responsible for services and incorporating regular site visits.
You must have extensive ITIL experience and have walked this path in creating a fully operational ITIL service environment. This is about being proactive as well as reactive.
The onboarding with this company is second to none and you will benefit from some excellent training but from the Service Delivery perspective and creating this ITIL service environment we are looking for you to take the lead. You must be able to talk confidently and give real-world examples of when you have previously walked this path and seen such projects from start to finish. You know the pain points, you have experienced the highs & lows, and challenges that come with such a project but as a result this role will also come with autonomy, respect, and a great future.
