TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: IT Quality Assurance (QA) within the Corporate Services Division at Pretoria, Gauteng.Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The IT QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software and IT systems through thorough testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality IT solutions.Responsibilities and DutiesPlan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specification and deliverablesCreate detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts to verify functionality, performance, usability, and reliability of software applicationsEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activitiesMonitor bug resolution efforts and track successesPerform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolvedDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needsLiaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirementsTrack quality assurance metricsProvide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assuranceCertifications in quality assurance or software testing (advantageous)Proven work experience in software developmentProven work experience in software quality assuranceFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile or ScrumSolid knowledge of SQL400 and scriptingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAttention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment*The company can expire jobs at any time at their own discretion.
