You'll be the ideal candidate if you have: Completed relevant undergrad degree/diploma Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent 7+ years' experience in technology project management 3+ years' experience in a programme management role within a technology-driven environment Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and traditional project management techniques Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with a keen eye for detail Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation Proficiency in project management tools and software Experience within the banking industry highly beneficial.
