We want to be a top 25 accounting firm by 2026 and we will only achieve that by investing in our people and continuing to provide innovative and value-added accounting, tax, and corporate finance solutions that empower clients to make better decisions.Your new roleThis is an exciting role within a fun and dynamic team, where you'll work with a varied portfolio of internal stakeholders and 3rd party providers to deliver a seamless IT experience for our users.As Wilson Partners develops its technology to support its ambitious growth plans, the group needs dedicated resources to co-ordinate our IT operations. Reporting to the Head of Transformation & Technology, this role has responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of operational IT activities, co-ordinating and managing a wide variety of IT-related activities (from managing our IT assets, through co-ordinating with the service desk and our local sites, to improving how we plan and release our software updates). As we are on an acquisition journey, this role and the activities you'll undertake will evolve as the company grows.This role requires close attention to detail, the ability to connect the dots, communicate effectively with a wide variety of people at different levels, and the tenacity to drive the best outcomes for our users. You will have freedom and trust to drive results (in a supported manner – we're big here on helping people develop), so being a self-starter is a must.
