Purpose of the position: Responsible for ensuring that all IT facilities associated with the installation are operational in accordance with service level requirements.This role involves coordinating and managing daily IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance the overall IT infrastructure.Plans and supervises all IT installation and maintenance, adhering to good IT corporate governance.
