Our IT team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across all our locations.Who Are We Looking For?We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a proven track record in managing IT operations, leading projects, and supporting business-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both hardware and software environments efficiently.What Will You Do?As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our local server environment and maintaining connectivity across our distribution centers. You will oversee website functionality, coordinate updates with external developers, and ensure the smooth operation of our Sage X3 ERP system. Additionally, you will implement and maintain IT policies, lead major IT projects, and provide general IT support to staff.What Do You Need?5+ years of management experience in IT operations.Experience in project management and providing daily IT support.Degree or equivalent in Information Technology.Knowledge of server maintenance, VPNs, and remote location connectivity.Experience with website development and coordinating external developers.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Sage X3 ERP is advantageous.Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills.
