IT Manager (Call Center Environment) - East Rand, GautengOur client, a leader in credit solutions, debt collection, and commercial, civil, and labor law, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their Call Center team.RequirementsIT-related certificates and qualificationsValid Driver's LicenseProven experience in formulating IT strategies, setting and monitoring departmental goals, establishing efficient team workflows, selecting and investing in technology, and facilitating cross-organizational collaboration, particularly in a call center environment.Demonstrated ability to keep an IT team and the broader organization aligned and moving towards their objectives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance.Manage budgeting and resource allocation for IT projects and departmental needs.Work closely with departmental heads to align IT strategies with business objectives.Generate and analyze performance reports for operating systems to support informed decision-making.Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends.Oversee the management of information technology and computer systems across the organization.Regularly audit IT systems and assess outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational standards.Ensure IT system security, implementing measures to protect against breaches and other security threats.Develop and enforce IT policies to ensure consistent operations and adherence to best practices.Manage and support the IT staff, ensuring they have the resources, training, and guidance needed to perform effectively.Monitor IT system performance, quickly identifying and resolving issues.Lead problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts across IT systems.Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols, including protection, detection, response, and recovery measures.Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement and support the organization's business objectives.Please note that only experienced candidates will be considered and contacted.
