It Manager (Accpac/Sage/Api Integrations)

This role requires proficiency in resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting various computer-related problems, ensuring network security, and dealing with computer viruses. Required Key Skills: - A National Diploma in Information Technology or at least A, N, and Microsoft Certification. - 5-10 years experience in IT Management. - Proven expertise in computer hardware, software systems, networks, network administration, and installation. - Proven ability to manage a domain through Active Directory and Terminal Services. - Advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows and Server Operating Systems. - In-depth knowledge about E-mail and internet programs. - Proficiency in database structure along with quick data accessing and extraction skills. - Experience with Sage 300 (Accpac) and Sage CRM at both front-end and back-end. - Familiarity with IIS, Webservices, SSRS Report Writing, WMS Integration, and API Integration. - Basic knowledge of Java or Angular JS, including log review and fundamental debugging skills.
