It Interns (Experiential Learning)

Key Responsibilities: Assist the IT team with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Support with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and devices.Help monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.Contribute to IT documentation, including creating user manuals and guides.Participate in testing and deployment of new software and applications.Work closely with senior team members on projects related to infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network management.Provide technical support to internal users and assist in resolving IT related queries.Stay updated on the latest technology trends and assist in recommending improvements to existing systems.Qualifications and Skills:Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field that requires practical experience for qualification.Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting methodologies.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows, and other operating systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Eagerness to learn and apply new skills in a dynamic work environment.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
