The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure systems, a deep understanding of Microsoft System Center and device management technologies, IT Security, IT service delivery (ITIL), and project handling in large international companies.Responsibilities:Ensure that all systems supported by Workplace Services are operational and maintained;Monitor IT solutions within the area of responsibility;Report and troubleshoot problems as required;Apply regular updates and patches, as required;Create documentation, procedures and policies in relation to the areas of responsibility;Establish a good working relationship with peers and other business players;Guide staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or virtually;Create Dashboards and Reports;Check market trends and analyse potential improvements within the area of responsibility.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field;At least five years' equivalent work experience as an IT Infrastructure Analyst;Experience working within international teams;Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language;Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail;Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;Ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment;Ability to conduct technical research and market analysis;Good time- and self-management.Package & RemunerationSalary: R55 000 per month.
