Co-ordination of communication, meetings, documentation and invoicing between vendors and internal stakeholders.Manage the full Systems Development Life Cycle for all changes across the supported channels/systems as well as continuous environment coordination and the preparation and maintenance of the annual releases and cloning strategy.Plan and manage the work scheduling process through team leads, ensuring effective utilization of internal and external resources in order to deliver prioritized tasks and monitor effectiveness.Preparation for and management of daily scrum and change advisory board sessions. Ensure stakeholder participation in order to meet release cut off dates.
