REQUIRED LEARNING
1-2 years IT Experience Preferred
IT Qualification preferred
1-2 years help desk experience preferred
ITIL V4 Foundations certificate (advantageous)

KEY JOB OUTPUTS
Log all customers reported faults on the system.
Manage and track the reported fault.
Dispatch the Technicians to attend to the reported fault
Capture the reported fault progress status on the system
Update both internal and external customers wrt fault logged
Ensure you receive all Job Cards back from technicians
Process all Job Cards on the system
Ensure all documentation is filled
Update multiple systems where needed
