It Business Analyst: Digital Transformation

This is a hybrid long term contracting position: As the Business Analyst, this role conducts thorough reviews of system software updates, identifying those requiring action. Responsibilities include tailoring system software to optimize hardware functionality, overseeing the installation and testing of new software versions, and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service issues. Additionally, a key focus is on preparing and maintaining operational documentation for system software upgrades or downgrades.
