Youll assist in troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure, providing hands-on support to our game development and production teams. Support the setup and management of hardware and software for development and production environments.Documentation & Process ImprovementDocument common IT procedures, solutions, and FAQs for easy reference.Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline IT operations and increase efficiency.Learning & AdaptationStay updated on the latest IT tools, security practices, and technologies relevant to our industry.Assist the team in exploring new solutions that could benefit the company.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide clear. technical support.Interest in the gaming industry and technology trends.Passion for pop culture and African entertainment.Must not have taken part on the YES Program before.
