Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Administrative Assistant with IT Responsibilities to join our team. This role will primarily focus on providing administrative support to managers, including drafting documents, managing schedules, and minute-taking during meetings. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling various IT-related tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues, providing basic IT support, and assisting with software and hardware management.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist with the setup and configuration of computers and other equipment.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Collaborate with IT department for more complex technical issues and projects.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Assist managers with drafting and editing documents, presentations, and correspondence.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
Minute meetings, accurately capturing key points and action items.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of IT principles and practices.
Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues and provide solutions.
Attention to detail and accuracy in minute-taking and document drafting.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certification or training in administrative or IT-related fields is a plus.
Additional Information:
The candidate should be willing to learn, open to criticism, confident enough in their own experience and skills to offer solutions for concerns or projects during brainstorming sessions, and be able to work under pressure.

Work Environment:
This position does not offer remote working solutions, and all candidates are expected to perform their duties from the specified premises.
Probation Period:
The position is offered with a 3-month probation period from the start date of employment (should the candidate successfully be recruited by our Company).
