IT Account Manager - Centurion, Gauteng Our client is looking for an IT Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for IT-related needs.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT products and services, driving revenue growth.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions, including hardware, software, networking, and support services.
Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring alignment with their budget and requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of IT solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of IT products, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
A customer-first mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to client challenges.
