Job DescriptionWe currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations Support Consultant, to be based at our Johannesburg North branch.
You are responsible for: Provide quality support to clients and consultants.Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact.Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs) as well as further development through managing the LAP process with all consultants within the region.Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently, with area focus and the type of work in mind.Ensuring we minimize the administrative burden on the entire IR team.Secure, develop and maintain client relationships.Qualifications You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role: B-Degree in IR/Law/HR/Industrial psychology or related fieldAt least 1 years' experience in Labour LawExperience in facilitating training would be advantageousPackage & Remuneration: Salary: R17 850 CTC
