Offices are based in Muckleneuk, Pretoria area. This is a hybrid position, working Monday to Friday from 09:00 – 16:00.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice and guidance on labor law matters to clients.Represent clients in CCMA proceedings, including conciliation, mediation, and arbitration.Assist clients in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.Conduct investigations into workplace disputes and grievances.Develop strategies for resolving labor disputes and minimizing legal risks for clients.Keep abreast of changes in labor legislation and provide updates to clients as necessary.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive HR and legal solutions.Prepare and present training sessions on labor law topics for clients and internal staff.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client cases.Minimum RequirementsLLB degree or equivalent in Law would be highly advantageous.2+ years working experience within the same or similar role dealing with the CCMA.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Familiarity with employment legislation and regulations in South Africa.Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
