Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the sales team with designing the Networking Solution, demonstration, presentation, and pricing to clients, as well as developing new clients, with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation.A broad understanding of competitive offerings across multiple industries is also required.Work with the Account Managers on the competitive strategy, business plan, and action plan for Networking Solutions sales.Act as a technical consultant for customers by providing network design & planning proposals in the field.Manage marketing and promotion activities of the client's Networking solutions and prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.Interact directly with prospective and current customers to effectively promote the solution/product and identify customer requirements.Analyze and trace the development of the regional telecom market as well as the responsible account, output market strategy, and promotion plan.Support field/customer requests for product support and problem resolution.Other Competencies/Attributes:Effective communication skillsPersuasive and presentation skillsProven ability to work in a teamMust be able to work in a structured mannerDeveloped problem-solving abilitiesNetworkingAbility to multitaskRequired Education / Qualifications:Matric (Grade 12)Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, ICT, or related qualification will be an advantageRequired Experience:At least 5 to 10 years of Networking facilities Sales experience across all industries with a proven successful track recordIndustry Specific Certifications (HP/ EMC / VMware / Cisco / Symantec)Responding to tenders and writing proposalsProven track record of increasing revenue through generating leadsCCIE.CCNP
