Our client, a specialist investment firm based in Newlands, is looking for a Paralegal to join their dynamic team to assist with the management of legal and compliance matters, related to asset management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities will include :Client and Vendor RelationsDrafting and reviewing Legal Documentation.Drafting of Addendums and ResolutionsContract ManagementDevelopment and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.Due DiligenceCorporate GovernanceQualifications and Experience required:Education:Bachelors degree in law (LLB) or Certificate in Paralegal Studies from a recognized institution ORMatric plus Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program of education and training, or an associate degree in paralegal studiesTwo to five years' experience as a paralegal, within the asset management or financial services industry will be highly preferential.A competitive remuneration package and potentially flexible working hours will be on offer to the successful candidate.
