Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including technical, operational, and administrative rolesUtilize various sourcing methods and tools to identify and attract top talent in the industryPartner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptionConduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, interviews and background checksMaintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and key stakeholdersProvide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment processCollaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth on-boarding processEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment processCommunicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedbackPrepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes and keep all Trackers up to dateEnsure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirementsImplement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment processMinimum requirements:Minimum 7 to 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior roleProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn.
