Key Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell the companys range of steel products to both new and existing customers. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business. Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers as needed. Process customer orders and quotations accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the external sales team and other departments to meet sales targets. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new sales opportunities. Ensure all administrative aspects of sales are up to date, including invoicing, delivery scheduling, and inventory management. Requirements: Sales Experience : Minimum of 2 years' experience in internal sales, preferably in steel or industrial sectors. Industry Knowledge : Knowledge of steel products or industrial materials is a strong advantage. Technical Aptitude : Ability to understand technical product details and provide hands-on assistance when needed. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
