Internal Sales Representative - George, Western Cape Our client who is a leading provider of flooring and tile products is seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join their team based in George, Western Cape .
Requirements: 2-3 years proven experience in sales within the hardware and building material industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and nurture client relationships and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for new business development.
Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and target potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase their products and services, addressing client needs and requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position their offerings.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics.
