Internal Sales RepresentativeCurrently seeking an Internal Sales Representative for a leading High-Quality Equipment Supplier for Engineering, Welding and Mining companies in South Africa.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnswering Telephones – Queries and ordersTelephonic Customer supportCounter Sales/Service – sales and queriesFinance: Payments from clients, invoicing (Kerridge), credit notesQuotation to clients and follow up on quotationsTelesales – existing customer bi-weekly follow-up and new clients, identifying and pursuing opportunities in the market, promoting the Company's products to clientsAssist Sales reps with Test CertificatesGeneral Admin FunctionCash Sales and daily breakdown of cash sales – Till cash upConfirming payments and assisting debtors with cash accounts and debtors accountsPurchasing – Stock products and consumablesPurchase ordersInter branch transfersAssisting debtors with accounts and queriesFollowing up on back orders for customersDesired Experience & QualificationTertiary Qualification: Will be advantageousExperience: Minimum 5 yearsSkilled in coordinating, telesales, adminTrustworthyCandidate must be very organized and able to prioritize tasksAbility to perform duties with deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervisionCandidate must be friendly, personable and able to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co-workers and the general publicAbility to exercise good judgment in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential informationPackage & RemunerationNegotiableInterested?Please apply via PNET
