Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will provide excellent, professional service to customers within the Internal Sales department, supporting both the sales team and the customers.
$Educational and Career Experience: Senior Certificate – Matric with Mathematics Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Syspro is an advantage ERP system knowledge is required 2-5 years' experience in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Reliable transport is essential Detailed Roles and Responsibilities: Compile reports, spreadsheets, and manage data for the customer base Provide administrative and operational support to the entire sales department Check the accuracy of purchase orders and process orders efficiently Compile costings and quotes for customers Verify material availability before preparing quotes Assist in processing tenders Monitor customer portals, respond to requests for quotes, submit quotes, receive orders, and process invoices Perform other office-related tasks critical to sales operations Handle any reasonable ad hoc tasks as required by management Support the external sales team with social events Attend sales conferences and possibly travel to offsite events
