The main purpose of the Internal Sales Engineer role is to provide full support to their international sales channels and end users in the technical and commercial aspects of metal detection sales.Review all customer specifications for non-standard products to assess if they can manufacture the product, assess and potential issues which could affect lead time and work with other departments to identify the feasibilityCreate order specifications for order processingPrepare non-standard quotes and specificationsAssess queries received and liaise with the appropriate department to resolveProvide technical assistant with particular regard to mechanical queries an product capabilitiesCarry out product tests to establish product sensitivity and share resultsRequirements:Previous experience working in a commercially focused environment supporting a technical product to support sales activityProven experience of problem solving in terms of technical and non technical mattersExperience withing with ERM systems, ideally SAPWell developed interpersonal skillsEnthusiastic and able to absorb new information quickly Anna had a very good understanding through a long standing relationship with Key Recruitment.I found Anna offered a variety of roles not just by job title but by skill set & experience.
