Internal Sales Coordinator

Our client in the packaging industry is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator for their Durban branch.
Someone with a 'CAN DO' attitude and a passion for customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements: Matric certificate with Mathematics (Degree advantageous) Minimum 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role Excellent Computer Skills – EXCEL (SAP will be advantageous)  Self- motivated, energetic with the ability to motivate others Ability to interact and communicate on all levels Strong planning and organizational skills Customer Orientated Trustworthy (you are dealing with our cash and our customers) Ability to be assertive High level of integrity (you deal with sensitive and confidential info at times) Willingness to stay late when needed (there is that "whatever it takes" attitude we are looking for) A positive attitude and always striving to be the best.
Main responsibilities of the position: Ensuring that our deliveries are made in accordance with our objective of satisfying our customer's requirements Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to our customer's orders Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations Ensuring excellent housekeeping in your department Ensuring clean and safe working environment Customer service and sales Capture and load orders from customer Receive calls and faxes from customers for order processing
