Internal Sales Consultant

Duties and responsibilities: Conduct calls to develop and maintain client relationships. Drive sales growth through effective relationship-building and client management. Manage a portfolio of existing clients while actively seeking and acquiring new clients. Engage in new business development activities, including cold calling and prospecting. Administer customer accounts Process orders via email and telephone Build and Maintain customer relations Accurate processing of orders and invoices Maintain and update sales and customer records Communicate important feedback from customers internally Liaise with dispatch and production to ensure timely deliveries Stay up to date with product range. Requirements: Good communication skills 3 years sales or admin experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft office and Pastel. Strong attention to detail. Accurate data processing. Must be able to work well within a team.
