Internal Sales Consultant (Hardware) – Stellenbosch.
Are you experienced in the hardware and retail industry and excel in customer service? Our client based in Stellenbosch is looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Representative to join their team who specialize in the Hardware and building industry.
Your ability to speak English, Afrikaans and Matric certificate is essential.
Salary: basic plus 13th cheque & RA contribution.
Requirements:

Matric essential, relevant qualifications advantageous
3-5 years' experience in similar role
Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans. IsiXhosa (Advantageous)
Ability to provide exceptional service, address client needs, and resolve issues
Proficiency in handling inquiries, creating quotes, and closing deals
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, track orders, and maintain accurate records

Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand the company's range of building products and services, including materials, construction methods, and design options.
Be able to advise clients on how to tailor products or services to meet their specific needs.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Provide detailed information about products, services, and pricing to potential and existing clients.
Handle and process orders, ensuring that all details are accurate and complete.
Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and estimates to clients based on their requirements.
Follow up with clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and advance the sales process.
