They pride themselves on their knowledgeable staff and their dedication to customer satisfaction.Location: Moreleta ParkSalary: R15,000 + commission (depending on experience)Working Hours: Weekdays: 07h30 – 17h00; Every 2nd Saturday and public holidays: 08h00 – 12h00Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and existing customers.Assist customers with product selection, offering sound advice based on their needs.Prepare and provide formal quotes to customers in a timely manner.Process sales transactions efficiently and professionally.Assist with product ordering and managing stock levels.Stay updated on new products and market trends in the electrical industry.Ensure that the sales floor is organized and well-stocked with relevant products.Minimum Qualifications And Experience:At least 3 years of sales experience in the electrical wholesale or retail sector, or within an electrical institution.Strong knowledge of electrical products such as sockets, light fittings, cabling, switchgear, and solar solutions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries professionally.Key Skills And Certifications:In-depth product knowledge of electrical products currently available on the market.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.Ability to manage and maintain stock levels and place product orders as required.Proficiency in handling sales processes, from quotes to transactions.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Staffing and Recruiting
