Internal Sales Administrator

Our client has an exciting opportunity waiting for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise daily with customers and walk-in clients to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service.Check drivers when loading trucks daily to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Prepare pack sheets for daily deliveries to ensure all items are accounted for.Prepare and manage delivery schedules on a daily basis.Assist with stock take every Friday and Monday to maintain accurate inventory records.Ensure orders are not dispatched if customers are not up to date on their accounts.Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.Perform general office administrative tasks as needed.Knowledge of Pastel accounting software is a plus but not essential.QualificationsMatricPrevious experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a bonus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of accounting principles is advantageous.Salary: R8 500.00Monday – Friday: 8 am – 4.30 pmOnly shortlisted candidates will be contactedDesired SkillsHospitalityCateringAdministrationCommunication
