Job Title: Internal Sales AdministratorLocation: Woodstock.About Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of quality tools, equipment, and supplies for the jewelry and watchmaking industries.
They are committed to delivering exceptional service and products to their customers, and they value efficient and effective sales administration as a key component of their operations.Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Internal Sales Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication with customers online.
This role is vital in maintaining efficient sales operations and providing excellent customer service to all online clients.
The role entails working online processing all online sales, therefore strong administrations skills are required.Key Responsibilities:Process sales orders accurately and efficiently online, ensuring all details are correct.Communicate online with customers to confirm orders, provide updates, and resolve any queries or issues.Assist the sales team with administrative tasks online, including preparing quotes, invoices, and sales reports.Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.Coordinate with other departments, such as inventory and shipping, to ensure timely order fulfilment.Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, prices, and availability.Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives by providing administrative and logistical support.Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders and payments.Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to the management team.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Strong administration and computer skillsOnline sales experience.Excellent communication and customer service skills, well spoken and interacting with people, team player.Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and managing records, following procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively.High level of integrity and professionalism.Working hours: Full time permanent positionArea: Cape Town, office based in Woodstock.Salary: R8 000-R12 000 depending on experience.Please apply online and if you are a suitable candidate, ARVO recruiters will be in contact.Please consider your application unsuccessful if you are not contacted by ARVO recruiters within 4 weeks of applying.
