Minimum requirements:The suitable candidate must have solid recruitment experience through placing a variety of different roles.This is a generalist role requiring the recruitment and selection of entry level, junior, mid-level to senior positions.Experience in the Industrial, Construction, Retail or FMCG Sector is essentialThe successful candidate must been exposed to a challenging environment, managing multiple vacancies at a time, track and report accordingly on all filled roles across the Group.Manage the full candidate recruitment cycle and on boarding.Min 2-4 years recruitment experience.Knowledge and experience in best practice recruitment processes and diverse candidate selection is a must.Soft skills needed: Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methodsOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadCreative thinker and proactive problem solverProfessional level of EnglishMust have a valid drivers license
