Reports to: Africa /Projects Branch ManagerDuties Will IncludeEnsure that key customers are comprehensively serviced with quotes and projects are managed in the correct wayKeep management informed of market changes and trends, which may affect our business, especially with regard to our competitors, product solutions and market trendsMaking sure that the customer receives appropriate feedback and that a professional customer experience is maintained at all timesEnsure that the company is included in all tenders and that customer vendors lists are continuously updated to include the companyAssist in receiving, compiling, and submitting tenders by the stipulated due dateExpedite orders when received (place orders on manufacturers, ensure correct items are ordered, keep track on delivery, ensure goods get delivered to customer on time)Compile data books / relevant project documentation per project requirementLiaising with relevant divisions on a continuous basis for projects
