Role Headline
This position is ideal for a self-starter ready to take on multiple tasks and support the DI Department in South Africa. We are looking for a young dynamic individual who is ready to take on the challenge at one of the world's leading technologies companies.
Responsibilities of the Role
Capturing of Sales orders and Purchase orders into SPIRIDON within 24hrs and send order confirmations of these orders to the relevant customers.
Managing of ex stock and direct deliveries according to the respective customer and BU's requirements (Y0M1 &Y0M3)
Manage workflow messages daily, expedite PO's on OMS
Expedite Customer orders weekly and update Spiridon accordingly.
Release customer backlog at least 2x per week and manage open sales orders weekly.
Creation of adhoc quotations within 24 hours
Timeous follow-up on created quotations with customer.
Increase Industry Mall awareness and promote automated orders.
Qualification and Experience:
Completed B. Com Degree in Accounting.
1-2 years work experience
Good with people interaction
Great communication skills
Goal Driven
Result orientated.
