In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing key business processes to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.Job Experience & Skills Required:Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a tech environmentBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field (essential)Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologiesStrong analytical skills with experience using process modeling softwareKnowledge of automation tools (RPA experience is a plus)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
