Administrator Maintenance WM Planning - Mamatwan MineLocation: Hotazel, Northern Cape, ZA, 8490Company: South32 Group Operations Pty. Ltd.ABOUT THE ROLE:This role is a permanent full-time position. As an administrator maintenance work maintenance planning, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and performance measures are entered, tracked, and monitored for data history.Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:Recording and tracking equipment deployments;Collect operation units of measure data both manually and automatically through systems;Compilation of general standard reports;Issuing of vehicle licenses in line with FRCS;Scheduling of work orders;Place Purchase Requisitions on SAP;Printing and distributing SAP work orders;Coordinate planning meetings;Manage shared resource list;Filing, archiving, data capturing, and copying.ABOUT YOU:You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience in Maintenance Administration / Clerk role;Experience working on SAP/1SAP;Technical experience in Mechanical / Electrical field is advantageous.Qualifications for this role are:Computer literacy in MS Office suite.South32 is committed to building and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.
