The Enterprise Applications and Solutions Integration (EASI) department within the Chief Information Officer's (CIO) Division is a central department responsible for all matters pertaining to the development, maintenance and effectiveness of the core administrative management and student systems at the U of T. Included within these responsibilities are all central SAP systems, such as Financial Services, Human Resources, Research Administration and Procurement; the central U of T Student System (ROSI); approximately 40 related vendor and specialized web applications, as well as central Business Intelligence and Document Management applications.

Your opportunity:

Under the general direction of the Manager, Core SIS System products, you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative and innovative team creating, implementing, and supporting curriculum and student records applications. You will work in cross functional teams with UX designers, developers, analysts and stakeholders on new and existing products using established methodologies including Agile development processes. This includes regular and ongoing configuration of the University's enterprise Salesforce application to meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing, recommending, and designing highly complex software architectureChecking that security authorization meets University guidelines and project requirementsDeveloping technical application implementation plansReconciling business requirements with information architecture needs for highly complex system integrationAnalyzing, recommending and designing technical solutions for highly complex IT problemsDeveloping task schedules in concert with project schedulesTroubleshooting and resolving technical issuesEnsuring that appropriate development and testing environments were establishedEssential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Engineering; or acceptable combination of equivalent experienceMinimum five years recent and related experience, including three (3) years as a Salesforce AdministratorDemonstrated experience with Service Cloud and Experience CloudDemonstrated experience with IT project implementation, including developing project schedulesDemonstrated experience designing, testing, and modifying processes and workflows within the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, and ensuring they adhere to industry standards, and are testableExperience developing,optimizing, and supporting database servers, including but not limited to, MS SQL, MySQLExperience developing technical application implementation plansExcellent communication skills (both oral and written), including strong presentation and graphical communication skillsProven ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholdersProven ability to create, communicate, and implement technical visionsProven ability to find solutions to difficult and complex problems and to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneouslyDemonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervisionAbility and inclination to keep technical skills up-to-date and relevantAbility to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of personal dataHighly proficient with managing and creating user access roles within the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud environments Assets (Nonessential): Understanding of AURA and APEX programming languagesUnderstanding of LWC and how they are used and deployed within a Salesforce environmentDemonstrated experience with Student Success Hub (formerly Student Advisor Link) To be successful in this role you will be: AccountableResourcefulTeam player Closing Date: 07/10/2024, 11:59PM ET
