Intermediate Quality Control Manager

A well established company based in Brakpan is seeking a Intermediate Quality Control Manager.
Duties: must be familiar with HACCP and must be able to run the system within a food environment Keep track of daily COA for inbound raw materials and packaging Be capable of running a small QA/QC team Must have a good understanding of the principals of GMPs and keep such running on a daily basis Must be able to do daily/Weekly and monthly checks on cleaning schedules Present product samples and swabs on a monthly basis with the Micros supplier Keep trends of Micros and document them Weekly and monthly reports on micro analysis results Daily production checks on all production lines and document accurately Must understand Intertek FSA Food Safety Audits and pass them Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Qualified food technologist Minimum of 5 years experience in the food industry with systems Preferably comes from the food industry Computer Literacy: MS Office (Outlook , Excel, PowerPoint)
