Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.Additional certification in Business Analysis or Business Process Engineering, with Greenbelt certification preferred.

Experience 3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer, with a focus on assessing, mapping, and optimizing business processes.Proven experience in Business Banking and Channels, with a solid understanding of enterprise content management.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (., Jira, Confluence).Familiarity with process modeling standards (., BPMN) and business process transformation technologies.Proven ability to facilitate workshops with business users, including executives, to gather requirements and validate designs.
