Insurance Administrator - George - Western CapeWe are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join a company in George.The role involves managing insurance policies, processing claims, and providing excellent administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the insurance department.Key ResponsibilitiesPolicy Administration: Handle policy documentation, updates, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.Claims Processing: Assist in the submission and tracking of insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries related to policies, premiums, and claims. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on unresolved issues.Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all policies, claims, and related information in the company's insurance system.Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with insurance regulations and company policies.Payment Processing: Assist with invoicing, premium collections, and payment reconciliations.Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management on claims status, policy updates, and customer queries.General Administration: Support the department with general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.Key RequirementsExperience: Previous experience in insurance administration or a related field is advantageous.Skills:Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with insurance software.Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a relevant qualification in insurance or administration is beneficial.Personal Attributes:Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Excellent customer service skills.A proactive and responsible attitude towards tasks.Please note that only candidates with the required experience will be considered and contacted.
