We're on the hunt for an Innovation and Research Programme Lead! Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving innovation and research? Do you thrive on turning ideas into groundbreaking solutions? We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to lead our Innovation and Research Programme.
As the Programme Lead, your role will involve a combination of strategic planning, partnership building, capacity building, technical support, and innovation to advance The Unlimited Child program and contribute to positive outcomes for children and communities.
If you have the following:
Master's degree in a relevant field such as Early Childhood Development, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.Proven experience in program development, project management, and partnership building within the non-profit sector or international development context.Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and mobilize resources effectively.Knowledge of ECD principles, best practices, and global trends to inform program design and implementation strategies.We'd love to hear from you!
