Injection Process Technician

Responsibilities:Complete mold change and start-up operations according to the production plan, ensuring all required records are maintained (process parameter records, QCS system records, EQMS system issues, MI system weight SPC records, on-site shutdown validation records, and handover records).Address product issues during production promptly, maintaining accurate records and providing timely feedback to relevant engineers; assist in troubleshooting equipment, molds, and raw materials.Operate on-site equipment skillfully, understand operating procedures, and implement process codes and quality standards.Manage on-site 5S practices, identify safety risks, and assist in training staff in mold changing and other processes to enhance production efficiency.Conduct raw material trial productions and verify results, ensuring timely feedback to engineers for any issues identified during production.
