A global tech company is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Senior IT Support Engineer to join their IT Operations Team. You will be the escalation point for a solid team of 1st/2nd line engineers. Dealing with 3rd and 4th line queries, you will find your day is split 60/40 in favor of project work.
Skills required: Windows Server 2016/2019, O365/M365, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, SharePoint – Any virtualization experience such as VMware or Hyper-V will be beneficial.
This Infrastructure Engineer role will have you covering server, network, and application support/administration, as well as implementing solutions and maintaining them. You will have ownership of certain systems and platforms, requiring deep technical knowledge and experience in implementing and troubleshooting.
This is an office/onsite-based role. You will be engaging with external clients and the wider business, attending meetings, and working with stakeholders up to C-Level. You must be comfortable putting your face around the business, having your voice heard, and bringing ideas to the table.
