Information Technology Contract Manager

Datacentrix Cape Town is looking for a Contracts Manager with experience in the information technology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative operations of the department and will be directly responsible for contract management/renewals, vendor billing processing, vendor installation services processing, and vendor rebates processing.Primary Role AccountabilitiesContract Management and renewalsAttend to various vendor contract renewalsTimely processing of customer renewalsAccuracy of customer renewal opportunities at all timesEnsuring win-win outcomes in customer renewals that might require renegotiationVendor Authorised ServicesBreak/fix claims processingBreak/fix parts orderingVendor rebates processingVendor billing processingInstallation services processingBack Office AdministrationPO and SO creationQuotation creationBilling processingCritical Requirements - Skills, Experience & QualificationsHigh attention to detail and accuracy with multitasking a key requirementSelf-managed and able to work independentlyWork in a structured and organized fashion to achieve goalsWork with large amounts of data in a structured manner to gather and execute on informationAbility to work under constant pressure and meet tight deadlinesUnderstanding of RFQ and tender processesGood understanding of contracts, purchase orders, and billingsMust have worked closely with customers (internal and external) and vendors alike5+ years' experience in a similar role in the IT industrySkills/Qualifications:Essential: Must have Matric or Grade 122-year IT Diploma or equivalent is a bonusBusiness Analyst Diploma or equivalent is a bonusITIL Awareness is an advantage
