(Industrial Tooling) Workshop Manager

A tooling and machinery repair company is seeking a mature, experienced Workshop Manager to take full responsibility for their team of workshop technicians, sales reps, and admin staff (of 10 in total) who repair a range of power tools, generators, inverters, compressors, and the like.
Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalentMust have comprehensive technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical componentsDriver's license and own transportWritten and verbal fluency in both English and AfrikaansProficient in Microsoft programs, i.e., Excel, EmailSyspro experience is advantageous but not necessaryEssential diagnostic and problem-solving skills, to find the cause of a fault and patience to trace it.
Key Responsibilities
Full oversight and management of technicians, sales reps, and admin staffEnsuring customers are provided a positive after-sales service experienceResolving escalated customer complaints/queries, ensuring clear communication, written and verbal, on all Returns/Complaints, to all internal and external customers2nd line support in diagnostic fault findingWeekly and monthly reporting
